Over the following six years, he played more than 400 shows across Italy, building a solid reputation for his intense and emotional live performances. Graduated in Electronic Music and Sound Design from the Conservatory of Bologna, Giorgio has devoted much of his artistic path to experimental music, while also engaging with the mainstream as a songwriter. In 2020, he signed with Sony Music Publishing and became a prolific contributor to Italian pop, with several writing credits—including a gold-certified track that reached the Sanremo Festival in 2021. As Machweo, he continues to release forward-thinking electronic music through Maciste Dischi, and in 2019 he performed at Eurosonic Festival in the Netherlands, representing Italy on one of Europe’s most prominent stages for new music. At the end of 2024, he founded his own label, Ad Astra Dischi, a new home for boundary-pushing sounds and artist-led projects.

[9,11,13,12,14
21
post-818","coach","type-coach","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","expertise-career-development","expertise-mao","expertise-music-theory","expertise-production","expertise-songwriting-and-composing","location-milan

Giorgio Spedicato - Wisseloord

<meta name="description" content="Giorgio Spedicato is an Italian musician and music producer.
