Matteo Bevilacqua
Matteo Bevilacqua (b. 2004, Milan) is a music critic and content creator with a strong presence on social media under the name mattebevi.
His work focuses on music communication, with the aim of deepening awareness not only of groundbreaking artists and their music, but also of the production processes and industry structures behind them — especially within independent and alternative frameworks.
Over the years, he has collaborated with some of Italy’s most respected cultural platforms, including BSMT — one of the country’s leading cultural podcasts — as well as JAZZMI and MI AMI Festival, contributing editorial content and digital storytelling.
Matteo is the co-director of Ad Astra, an independent record label founded by producer Machweo. There, he oversees communication strategies and shares responsibilities for artistic direction, helping to shape the creative identity of the label and its artists.
He also curates Ribes, a series of acoustic and electronic jam sessions hosted at NAMA – Nuovo Anfiteatro Martesana in Milan, where he handles artistic direction and event programming with a focus on community building and musical exploration.
Currently, Matteo is pursuing a degree in Arts and Cultural Events at IULM University Milano.
Across all his activities, his mission is to bridge the gap between audiences and the behind-the-scenes of music — fostering a deeper understanding of how the music industry operates, evolves, and survives outside the mainstream.
Vincenzo Colella
Vincenzo Colella signed his first publishing deal with Sony at just 23. Since then, he’s penned songs for some of Italy’s most iconic and contemporary voices — including Marco Mengoni, Annalisa, Giorgia, Gianna Nannini, Rosa Chemical, Gaia, Nayt, Clara, Tiromancino, Luca Carboni, Sarah Toscano, and more. He’s currently part of the Warner Chappell roster, continuing to shape the sound of modern Italian pop.
Matilde Plastica
Matilde Ferrari, known by her stage name PLASTICA, is an Italian producer, keyboardist, and DJ working across electronic music, pop, and sound design. After joining the Sugar Music Publishing roster in 2020, she signed with the label Asian Fake in 2022, releasing her debut EP UV and later a series of singles that mark the beginning of a new musical chapter. She has collaborated with artists such as Kaze, Laila Al Habash (whom she also supports live), Inoki Ness, Giuse The Lizia, Elasi, and Missey, as well as labels including Island Records, Sony Music, Warner Music, and Carosello Records. Alongside her musical projects, she has created sound design for international brands like Kappa, Swarovski, Zalando, Max Mara, and Vogue. As a DJ, she has performed across Italy and Europe, from Milan’s Rocket Club (where she was a resident) to Berlin’s IPSE, and even at the Allianz Stadium in Turin. PLASTICA is also one of the founders of POCHE, a collective promoting gender inclusivity in the music industry, and has taken part in educational and cultural initiatives such as OpenSound Festival, MI AMI Festival x Dr. Martens, Spotify EQUAL, and Ableton One Thing.
Giulia Fontana
“Giulia Fontana is an Italian songwriter and producer, active since 2018 with her music project, Hån. After releasing several singles, she signed with Sony Music and released her debut album in 2022. Over the years, Hån has performed at various venues across Italy and Europe, including festivals such as Primavera Sound, Eurosonic Festival, Reeperbahn Festival, MI AMI, and SXSW. After releasing her first EP in Italian in 2024, produced by Okgiorgio, Marco Giudici, and Fight Pausa, she is currently working on her first full-length album in Italian, set to be released in 2026. She is currently signed to Undamento record label and Peermusic Publishing.
In addition to her personal music career, Giulia currently collaborates as an art director and content creator for Studio Cemento, and with Bellezza Records, the new label of Arci Bellezza, a historic concert venue in Milan. Giulia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Language Mediation and a Master’s in Music Business from Tileyard London.”
Luis Salazar
Luis “The Dro1dz” Salazar was born in Nicaragua but raised in Miami, Florida. His professional music career began in the late 2009 when he was signed as songwriter/producer and began to work on songs in the American music market. Over the next few years he worked with artist such as Mims, Serani, Flo-rida, Fat Joe, and many more.
Early 2013, Salazar worked on various different EDM projects that included songs for artist like Ciara, NeYo, Project 46 and others. During this time frame Luis Salazar teamed up with Jovanny Barretto and Tat Tong where they created the Dro1dz and The Swaggernautz. He also began to work on material for the Latin American music market space.
Around 2015 Salazar began to have success in Mexico. He collaborated on many different albums that included Anahi, CD9, Dulce Maria, Saak and many others. Various of those projects went Platinum and hit the number one spot in various countries across South America. Shortly after Salazar began focusing on the Latin Urban market and that year he got his first number one on the Latin Billboards chart with a new artist Domino Saints “Ya Quiero” During that time he has released songs with artist like Sebastian Yatra, Rio Roma, CNCO, Farruko and many others.
Salazar is currently working on various different project in the Latin and American market space. Continuing to blend his influences and collaborate with a variety of difference artist, writers and producers.
Rojas On The Beat
Cristian Rojas, widely known as Rojas On The Beat, is a Peruvian-American music producer renowned for his impact on both the hip-hop and Latin music scenes. He gained international recognition for producing the groundbreaking track “Look At Me” for XXXTentacion, and in 2016, he signed Lil Pump to his label, Inzei Records, through a joint venture with Warner Brothers.
Rojas has collaborated with major Latin artists like Duki, Rauw Alejandro, Snow Tha Product, and more. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to create Rojas Fest, a festival hosted in Denver and Los Angeles, where artists like Playboi Carti, XXXTentacion, and Ski Mask the Slump God performed. As a DJ, he played a key role as XXXTentacion’s official DJ during the Revenge Tour and was also the tour DJ for Lil Pump and Smokepurpp during the No Jumper Tour.
In Peru, Rojas founded Inzei Monumental, signing over 20 emerging talents and expanding his influence in Latin music. He is currently signed under Adam Mehl’s imprint with Warner Latin and holds a publishing deal with Pulse Music Group.
Tom Goren
Tom Goren is a highly passionate filmmaker and director primarily active in the music industry. He specializes in filming and producing music videos, capturing live music performances, creating visual content and devising social media strategies.
In addition to his work as a filmmaker, he holds the position of Visual Manager at the booking and creative agency MTA Production, where he contributes his expertise in visual storytelling and creative direction.
Based in Stockholm, he operates from Sonika Studio, which serves as his creative hub.
With over 20 years of experience, he has had the opportunity to touch upon and analyze the music industry from almost every perspective. As an artist, songwriter/producer, and studio engineer, he has gained deep insight into the artistic, business, technical, and strategic aspects.
Now working as a filmmaker in this environment, Tom Goren has found a way to creatively and cost-effectively merge film and music, allowing him to tailor and develop products for artists to propel their career forward.
Johan Gustafsson
Johan Gustafsson is a multi-instrumentalist producer, writer, and mixing engineer with releases with Pussycat Dolls, Armin Van Buuren, A Boogie Wit da Hoodie, Will Young, SHY Martin, Icona Pop, Vigiland, Kilian & Jo, Andrelli, Red Velvet, Hearts & Colors, Girls Generation, BoA, CHANYEOL and many more.
Johan has throughout the years worked with international songwriters such as BricksDaMane, Jamie Scott, Mood Melodies, Wayne Wilkins, Billy Mann, Eg White, Guy Chambers, Andreas Carlsson, And more.
Gustafsson has been awarded with 6 Gold Disc Awards and Grammy nominated for his work as a mixing engineer for the Latin record Calle Soledad with Jose Lois Perales. He has also been nominated for a Swedish Grammy for his work with Icona Pop – GIRLS GIRLS.
Additionally, he is the coproducer together with Pontus Petersson, of GAMMAL, a Swedish pop project reaching massive success over the last year. He has been multiplatinum awarded and nominated at the Dennis Pop Awards.
Danny Sykes
Danny Sykes is an accomplished sound engineer with over 8 years of experience working in the industry. Serving as a sound engineer in Wisseloord studios as well as the studio manager at the Conservatory of Music Haarlem. Throughout his career, he has worked with renowned artists such as Nas the Rapper, Focus, Folamour, and unknown T, showcasing his competence and skill as a professional recording engineer. Additionally, Danny collaborates with bands and artists to help develop their sound and sonic identity as the producer for various artists such as Molton Grove, Outlaw Queen, Icarus, and Tijger Tijger to name a few, demonstrating his versatility as a producer and mixing engineer.
Beyond his professional collaborations, Danny is also the lead singer, guitarist, and producer of his band, The Ratbags. Developing his own sound in punk and alternative music scene along side his drummer and co producer Carson Ezell, recording in both Wisseloord studios and Interscope Studios, they continue to expand their artist repertoire.
