Silver Metz discovered his passion for music at just eight years old, playing the lead role of Ciske in Ciske de Rat de Musical (2016-2017). His performance won him a Musical Award, sparking the start of a promising career.


Since then, Silver has performed on some of the Netherlands’ biggest stages. Between 2018 and 2021, he performed fourteen times at the Ziggo Dome during Holland Zingt Hazes. In 2019, he won The Voice Kids, a victory that led to standout performances at the Johan Cruyff Arena, Amsterdam’s Museumplein, Dutch Valley, and Het Concertgebouw. He also appeared in televised events such as Onmogelijke Duetten and Secret Duets.


Silver has released several songs, including his solo singles Vanavond and Ik droom van jou. His first release, a live duet of Toe nou kom weer thuis with Danny de Munk from Holland Zingt Hazes, has garnered over a million streams. He also recorded Geen Kerstmis, a Christmas duet with Danny de Munk, and a custom cover of Wat is dan liefde, performed on the TV program Hazes is de Basis.


Starting high school two years early, Silver excelled academically, graduating cum laude in 2024. For his final project, he explored what makes a hit song, conducting research and interviewing prominent artists like Emma Heesters, Flemming, Claude, and Faberyayo.


With his school years behind him, Silver is now focused on creating original music and defining his unique artistic voice, experimenting with different styles and genres of music.

In January 2025 Silver went viral on TikTok when his version of Andre Hazes’s “Wat is Dan Liefde” blew up on the platform. He utilized this traction to grow his TikTok account from 100 to 10,000 followers in less than one month. Having already captivated audiences across the country, he’s ready to take the next step in his career.
