For who?
The development programme is aimed at Netherlands-based musicians of all genres. Are you looking for an environment in which you can develop in a way that goes beyond music production? Would you like to learn more about essential aspects such as project publishing, release strategies and album promotion? Then this open call is for you!
What to expect?
The selected musicians will have access to the state-of-the-art facilities of Wisseloord Studios for two full days, which include two main recording studios, four production rooms, and over ten songwriting spaces.
Review
A selection committee from team members of both Wisseloord and the Amarte Foundation will review the applications. The results will be announced in the first half of April. An introductory meeting may follow with the selected artists, to create a tailor-made planning.

About Wisseloord
The legendary Wisseloord Studios, built in 1978 and situated in Hilversum, are the most recognised and renowned recording studios of The Netherlands. Nationally and internationally acclaimed, the studio has facilitated the recording and production of various international artists, among which are The Rolling Stones, Sinéad O’Connor, Tina Turner, 50 Cent, Elton John and many more.
In 2016, the recording studio underwent a transformation under new leadership, becoming part of a vast, international music network. Today, Wisseloord serves as a hub for international talent, welcoming songwriters, composers, and producers from across Europe. It also houses an international songwriting and production academy (Wisseloord Academy), in partnership with major labels, publishers, and industry organisations, bridging the gap between music education and career opportunities for aspiring talents, with around 150 participants from four countries annually. Additionally, Wisseloord has a music publishing department in partnership with BMG, with more than 300 talents getting opportunities, creative sessions and international networks all over the world.
