Panoram is a Grammy award-winning studio in the heart of the Condesa neighborhood that was born in 2015 with the vision of creating a space where you can work in any kind of music, audio production and postproduction project.
Raquel Sofía is a Puerto Rican singer-songwriter, known for her emotional style of composing and performing. The alumna of the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami has been nominated four times for a Latin GRAMMY and once for a GRAMMY, and her songs have garnered more than 50 million streams on digital platforms.

Bachelor’s Degree in Jazz Studies from the Center for Jazz Studies at the University of
Veracruz. Karina Galicia speaks about her context and surroundings through the sounds of R&B and pop, leaving a mark with her rawness and honesty. Selected with her first album, “Cancionero del Nuevo Milenio” (Songbook of the New Millennium), to be part of the 2020 concert season of Mexico City Theaters. Member of the fifth generation of the Composition Workshop of the Society of Authors and Composers.
@akarinagaliciaChilean producer, mixing engineer, and studio owner currently based in Mexico City, renowned for his work across Latin and international music scenes. A highly acclaimed professional, he has won 2 Latin Grammys and received 2 Grammy nominations, with his work featured on albums for major artists including Mon Laferte, Charli XCX, and Los Bunkers, among many others. Castro co-founded Estudio Novena in CDMX, known for its focus on quality vintage gear and creating a collaborative environment, and he also pursues his own artistic projects as a singer and composer under the name “Felicaster.”
@felicasterFabio Lendrum, known professionally as Noize London, is a producer, songwriter, and mixing engineer who has collaborated with some of the most respected names in music including Dallas Austin (Michael Jackson, TLC, Madonna), Rick Nowels (Lana Del Rey, Stevie Nicks, Dua Lipa), and Kool Kojak (Nicki Minaj, Doja Cat, Flo Rida). His work spans across major labels such as Warner, Sony, and Ministry of Sound, and includes official remixes for Martin Garrix and Diplo as part of his artist project KAIOS, named one of BBC Radio 1’s Future Stars. Collectively, his productions and mixes have amassed millions of streams worldwide.
In the studio, Fabio’s approach to vocal production blends technical precision with emotional awareness. He focuses on performance psychology as much as sonic detail, helping artists find the balance between control and spontaneity, texture and tone, truth and perfection. Whether sculpting harmonies or refining phrasing, his goal is to capture the voice not just as sound but as feeling.
@noize_londonBen Bultrini is a versatile music professional and educator operating out of Ciudad de México, bringing a global perspective to his work as a music producer, sound engineer, and project manager of this songwriting camp. He is dedicated to crafting unique sonic experiences and strategic interventions for diverse artists and commercial brands. Ben established his technical foundation at the Abbey Road Institute Amsterdam and has since shared his expertise as a respected lecturer at SAE Institute Amsterdam and Mexico. His career has been enriched by attending sessions at iconic facilities such as Abbey Road, Angel, Wisseloord, and Rockfield, and receiving direct mentorship from elite figures including Andrew Schepps, Haydn Bendall, Luca Pretolesi, and Julio Reyes Capelle.
Malik Berrabah is owner of Wisseloord and founder of the Wisseloord Academy. His track record as a songwriter, composer, arranger and producer is rich of countless national and international records in various genres. He has contributed to the production of numerous albums, singles, television programs, etc., and regularly advises the Majors in a neutral way on the level of new musical projects in development. His love for sharing with growing talents leads him, when his schedule allows, to participate as a jury for international conservatory exams.
Since the beginning of his career 30 years ago, Malik has decided to do all his musical work under various pseudonyms in order to keep his career detached from any stylistic labels, to keep his creative freedom and to stay away from the ego games of the music industry.

Monday – Day 1: Resonance & Vision: The Producer’s Compass by Malik Berrabah
10:00a.m. – 2:00p.m. – Workshops: Students receive workshops on critical listening, music analysis, how to approach sessions and how to read through publisher’s briefings.

In this masterclass, we will explore the creative process behind great music, focusing on how producers, artists, songwriters, and engineers can communicate effectively, align their artistic goals, and create something greater than the sum of its parts. Through practical insights and real-world approaches, we’ll dive into the dynamics of collaboration, helping you bring clarity and cohesion to every session while equipping you with invaluable tools for harnessing inspiration.

Tuesday – Day 2: Composing Toplines with Raquel Sofia
10:00a.m. – 2:00p.m. – Workshops: This intensive four-hour session begins with a Toplining workshop led by renowned artist Raquel Sofía, where students will learn her techniques for crafting powerful, memorable melodies and emotionally compelling lyrics that perfectly complement instrumental tracks. Then Raquel Sofía will provide constructive critique on the instrumental tracks created by the students on Day 1, immediately applying the toplining principles to help them begin developing the vocal hook and structure for their new songs under her direct guidance.
2:00p.m. – 6:00p.m. – Studio Sessions and 1-on-1 Feedback: Students work together on their tracks in the studios after lunch. During these hours, they will get the chance to receive 1-on-1 feedback from the instructors Malik and Ben.
Wednesday Day 3: The Art of Composition and Arrangement with Karina Galicia
10:00a.m. – 2:00p.m. – Workshops: This session is dedicated to refining and polishing the songs developed over the previous two days, focusing on advanced compositional and arrangement techniques led by Karina Galícia. The workshop will guide students through the crucial process of finalizing their song structures for maximum impact, while also delving into harmonic enrichment—exploring chord substitutions, extensions, and voicings to add depth and sophistication to the tracks. Additionally, students will receive instruction on essential songwriting techniques like pacing, dynamics, and instrumentation choices, ensuring their compositions are complete, polished, and ready for the final stages of production.
2:00p.m. – 6:00p.m. – Studio Sessions and 1-on-1 Feedback: Students work together on their tracks in the studios after lunch. During these hours, they will get the chance to receive 1-on-1 feedback from the instructors.
Thursday Day 4: The Marriage between Vocals and Production with Fabio Lendrum and Ben Bultrini
10:00a.m. – 2:00p.m. – Workshops: Students receive a workshop on production. Fabio Lendrum and Ben Bultrini will deconstruct some of their original productions, demonstrate vocal recording tips and tricks live and give a class on production techniques. They will introduce the importance of performance psychology and getting the right feeling from a vocalist in the studio. They will show how to create vocal stacks, edit takes and use effects to enhance vocal performances, preparing students to successfully record vocals for the songs in the camp.
2:00p.m. – 6:00p.m. – Studio Sessions and 1-on-1 Feedback: Students work together on their tracks in the studios after lunch, recording vocals for all the songs written prior. During these hours, they will get the chance to receive 1-on-1 feedback from Fabio and Ben.
Friday Day 5: Discovering the Mix with Felipe Castro
10:00a.m. – 2:00p.m. – Workshops: The final session culminates with an in-depth Mixing Workshop led by Grammy-winning Chilean producer-engineer Felipe Castro, focusing on a musical and emotional approach rather than just technical steps. Felipe will demonstrate his signature hybrid digital-analog workflow on a pre-existing session, illustrating how to prioritize critical listening to first enhance the intrinsic sonic qualities of well-recorded material. Students will gain invaluable insight into his mixing philosophy, learning how to use both analog gear and digital tools to bring emotional depth and impact to a mix, providing them with the practical techniques and mindset needed to confidently complete and polish their own camp projects.
2:00p.m. – 6:00p.m. – Studio Sessions: Students work on studio sessions to do all the final mixes of the songs created during this week. The written songs will be pitched to various A&R’s.
