On March 2nd, Wisseloord returns with the montly Wisseloord Sessions. This month, Lucy Fabienne and Hana Fatur will join the stage.
With her Americana pop music, Lucy Fabienne embraces wandering hearts. Her catchy songs, featuring romantic guitar lines, ‘70s-style harmonies, out-of-the-box lyrics, and her signature country vibrato, offer a safe haven for deep emotions. Whether she’s singing about growing up in a small town or reflecting on struggles with mental health, her lyrics are heartfelt and relatable. While her honest songwriting strikes listeners straight in the heart, her live performances captivate with an expressive stage presence reminiscent of major pop stars.
Hana Fatur is a melancholic indie pop artist, whose evocative songwriting and delicate voice guide us through the mosaic of her memories and inner emotional unrest. Her poetic songs about quiet loneliness, sleepless thoughts and deep sadness make for sensitive and lyric-focused music, which echoes Phoebe Bridgers’ dark sincerity and Daughter’s ambient sound.
The 23-year old singer-songwriter originates from a small country of Slovenia and is currently based in Rotterdam in the Netherlands. These days, after concluding her autumn Popronde tour, the 2024 winner of the Grote Prijs van Rotterdam is performing around the Netherlands and working on her debut EP, with its first two singles “Satellite” and “Follow South” already released.
Free entrance.
